THE LAGREE METHOD
The Lagree Method is a high-intensity, low-impact workout designed to strengthen, tone, and transform your entire body in just 45 minutes. Performed on the patented Lagree Mini Pro, this method combines slow, controlled movements with constant tension to build lean muscle, improve endurance, and enhance flexibility - all without putting stress on your joints. Every class challenges your core, balance, and mental focus, delivering maximum results in minimal time.
